Reglamento LAMUS (Lectura obligatoria) Fecha de actualización: 07/03/2024
A continuación podrán ver el reglamento oficial de la comunidad.
Es importante que todos los usuarios del servidor se adhieran a estas normas, sin excepción.

Sección 1: Staff

1.1. Privacidad del Staff
La vida personal de los administradores es un tema privado y no debe discutirse públicamente.
Queda prohibido hacer comentarios sobre preferencias o amistades dentro del Staff. Los comentarios del tipo "X está editado" o "Soy amigo del admin" y similares no están permitidos en absoluto.

1.2 Conducta inadecuada
No es adecuado decir o sostener que ejerces influencia sobre un ADMIN o sobre sus decisiones, ya que NADIE en LAMUS goza de un trato preferencial. Pretender ante otros jugadores que posees tal poder con el fin de intimidar, impresionar o influir en ellos constituye una violación seria de las reglas, y recibirás una sanción.

1.3 Insistencia en medios no acordes
Cuando un administrador ingresa al juego suele ser para investigar algun problema en particular o realizar un anuncio, NO es el lugar adecuado para brindar soporte a los usuarios. Insistir por Whisp pidiendo soporte de manera constante puede llevar al bloqueo temporal de tu cuenta, o un bloqueo de chat.

Sección 2: Juego en LAMUS

2.1. Uso de Programas Externos
No se permite el uso de programas externos que otorguen ventajas a los jugadores, como hack speed o cualquier tipo de cheat. Los logs se revisan a diario así que podemos detectar casos de reportes. La penalización por utilizar cheats es ban permanente, y además se procederá a bloquear todas la cuentas que pertenecen a la misma IP de la cuenta original que infringio esta parte del reglamento.

2.2. Responsabilidad de Cuentas
Los usuarios son responsables de sus cuentas y deben evitar prácticas como estafas (scams) y el RMT (Real Money Trading). El RMT dentro y fuera del servidor esta prohibido, y lleva a la suspención de todas las cuentas relacionadas para el vendedor/comprador.

2.3. Prohibiciones Generales
Hacerse pasar por un administrador, independientemente de la intención, resultará en sanciones permanentes.
No se permite la publicidad de otros servidores de MU de manera publica o privada.

2.4. Conducta Perjudicial
Cualquier actividad que, a juicio del Staff, sea perjudicial para el servidor será corregida y sancionada según sea necesario, incluso si no está explícitamente cubierta por estas reglas.

2.5. Cambios en Reglas
Las reglas pueden cambiar en cualquier momento sin previo aviso. Es responsabilidad del usuario mantenerse informado sobre las actualizaciones en el discord.

2.6. Derecho de Admisión
En casos en los que se considere que un ban permanente no es suficiente, el Staff puede ejercer el derecho de admisión, aplicándolo a una persona en lugar de una cuenta. Esto implica que todas las cuentas de la persona y cualquier cuenta a la que tenga acceso pueden ser baneadas permanentemente.

2.7. Desconexiones en PvP
Queda estrictamente prohibido desconectarse o cerrar el juego de manera forzada durante autodefensa activa y/o PvP. Esto incluye evitar de manera no natural que otro jugador te ataque, lo cual puede resultar en un baneo temporal del servidor.

2.8. Robos y Matanzas
A diferencia de otros servidores, en LAMUS se fomenta el juego de rol. Acciones como el robo de spots y la matanza indiscriminada, entre otras conductas que puedan considerarse reprochables, están permitidas dentro del servidor. Estas acciones forman parte de la experiencia de interpretar a un personaje en el juego.

2.9.1 Insultos y Rol
Los insultos están permitidos dentro de LAMUS, considerándolos como parte de la jerga de MU.
El Staff no analizará ni dará sanciones para casos donde haya insultos entre usuarios, aún incluyendo temas de la vida personal, comentarios racistas y xenófobia. Unicamente el Staff podrá intervenir en casos de doxeo, los cuales incluyen la divulgación no autorizada de información del jugador, el cual estará exclusivamente LIMITADO a nombres, apellidos, direcciones, números de teléfono y familiares, y solamente aplicará para casos donde se divulgue esta información dentro del servidor y discord, no así en otras redes las cuales no tenemos injerencia. La violación de esta regla resultará en medidas disciplinarias, que pueden incluir advertencias, suspensiones temporales o permanentes del servidor, dependiendo de la gravedad de la infracción, y en algunos casos sin derecho de apelación. Además nos reservamos el derecho de desestimar y cerrar todos los tickets que sean para reportar a usuarios insultando a otros jugadores.

2.9.2 Falsas Acusaciones
Esta prohibido acusar de cheats a otro jugador sin tener pruebas con un fundamento sostenible, además el usuario debe previamente hacer un reporte para que la administración pueda analizar el caso. Hostigar a otros jugadores acusandolos de que utilizan cheats sin pruebas puede llevar a una sanción por parte de la administración.

2.9.3 Jugadores perjudiciales
Dentro de este ambito existen jugadores que pueden ser perjudiciales para la comunidad, por lo que nos reservamos el derecho de poder sancionar de forma permanente a cualquier jugador que consideremos que compromete negativamente a LAMUS.

Sección 3: Nota Final

Las reglas pueden modificarse sin previo aviso. El desconocimiento no será aceptado como excusa para violar las normas del servidor.

No permitimos la utilización de nuestras reglas en otros servidores de MU.

Las reglas estan pautadas bajo nuestro criterio propio, y unicamente serán consideradas si bajo nuestra visión cumplen con todo lo establecido. Un reporte que bajo nuestro criterio no sea lo suficientemente grave para llevar a una penalización va a quedar desestimado, sin poder apelar de forma contraria.

LAMUS Regulations (Mandatory Reading) Last Updated: 07/03/2024
Below you will find the official community regulations.
It is important that all server users adhere to these rules without exception.

Section 1: Staff

1.1. Staff Privacy
The personal lives of administrators are private matters and should not be discussed publicly.
Making comments about preferences or friendships within the Staff is prohibited. Comments such as "X is edited" or "I'm friends with the admin" and similar ones are not allowed whatsoever.

1.2 Inappropriate Conduct
It is not appropriate to claim or assert influence over an ADMIN or their decisions, as NO ONE in LAMUS receives preferential treatment. Pretending to other players that you possess such power in order to intimidate, impress, or influence them constitutes a serious violation of the rules, and you will be penalized.

1.3 Insistence on Inappropriate Means
When an administrator logs into the game, it is usually to investigate a particular issue or make an announcement. It is NOT the appropriate place to provide support to users. Persistently insisting via Whisper for support may result in temporary account suspension or chat block.

Section 2: Gameplay in LAMUS

2.1. Use of External Programs
The use of external programs that grant advantages to players, such as speed hacks or any type of cheat, is not allowed. Logs are reviewed daily, so we can detect cases of reports. The penalty for using cheats is a permanent ban, and furthermore, all accounts belonging to the same IP as the original account that violated this part of the regulation will be blocked.

2.2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for their accounts and must avoid practices such as scams and Real Money Trading (RMT). RMT within and outside the server is prohibited and leads to suspension of all related accounts for the seller/buyer.

2.3. General Prohibitions
Impersonating an administrator, regardless of intent, will result in permanent sanctions.
Advertising other MU servers publicly or privately is not allowed.

2.4. Harmful Conduct
Any activity that, in the judgment of the Staff, is harmful to the server will be corrected and sanctioned as necessary, even if not explicitly covered by these rules.

2.5. Rule Changes
Rules may change at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed about updates on Discord.

2.6. Right of Admission
In cases where a permanent ban is considered insufficient, the Staff may exercise the right of admission, applying it to a person instead of an account. This implies that all accounts of the person and any accounts they have access to may be permanently banned.

2.7. Disconnections in PvP
It is strictly prohibited to disconnect or force-close the game during active self-defense and/or PvP. This includes unnaturally avoiding being attacked by another player, which may result in a temporary server ban.

2.8. Theft and Slaying
Unlike other servers, role-playing is encouraged in LAMUS. Actions such as spot theft and indiscriminate slaying, among other behaviors that may be deemed reprehensible, are allowed within the server. These actions are part of the experience of portraying a character in the game.

2.9.1 Insults and Roleplay
Insults are allowed within LAMUS, considering them as part of MU's jargon.
The Staff will not analyze or impose sanctions for cases where there are insults between users, even including personal life issues, racist comments, and xenophobia. Only the Staff may intervene in cases of doxxing, which include the unauthorized disclosure of player information, limited exclusively to names, surnames, addresses, phone numbers, and relatives, and only apply to cases where this information is disclosed within the server and Discord, not in other networks over which we have no control. Violation of this rule will result in disciplinary measures, which may include warnings, temporary or permanent suspensions from the server, depending on the seriousness of the offense, and in some cases without the right to appeal. Additionally, we reserve the right to dismiss and close all tickets reporting users insulting other players.

2.9.2 False Accusations
Accusing another player of cheating without having evidence with sustainable grounds is prohibited. Additionally, the user must first make a report so that the administration can analyze the case. Harassing other players by accusing them of using cheats without evidence may result in a penalty from the administration.

2.9.3 Harmful Players
Within this context, there are players who may be harmful to the community, so we reserve the right to permanently sanction any player we consider negatively impacts LAMUS.

Section 3: Final Note

Rules may be modified without prior notice. Ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse for violating server rules.

We do not allow the use of our rules on other MU servers.

The rules are set according to our own criteria, and will only be considered if, in our view, they comply with all the established criteria. A report that, in our judgment, is not serious enough to lead to a penalty will be dismissed, without the possibility of appealing otherwise.
