Resets Caps

In order to do /reset, the requirements in the following table must be met.

1	50 Players in ranking level 400 0 resets
2	50 Players in ranking level 400 1 resets
3	50 Players in ranking level 400 2 resets
4	50 Players in ranking level 400 3 resets
5	There is no reset cap
6	There is no reset cap
7	There is no reset cap
8	There is no reset cap
9	There is no reset cap
10	There is no reset cap

Once the permission to reset is unlocked in each reset, the experience of the previous resets will be increased, in this way the server is controlled so that all players are close in level and/or resets.
